First of all, I had no idea the team were so close to graduating. Of course it had to happen some time, but what sadness, analogous to the bitter-sweetness of the Buffy Season 3 finale! (Yet I question whether, at the university level, graduation ever really HAS to happen.)
Second: the episode has a fine mixture of the humorous and the horrific.
Third: Kudos for the continued additions of exotic accents! I wonder what the director described the voice he wanted to the person who voiced the male green-clad fellow (Trentuff?). Very nice: the accent of Razina (whose name puts me in mind of retsina).
Fourth: It is a rare occurrence with SM episodes, but occasionally I found it hard to catch the dialogue’s subtler points. The auto-generating captions did not help for these matters. I’d bet you could find someone willing to volunteer to put in correct captions!
I’m slowly working on captioning the series and finished episode 5 just today as a matter of fact! Hopefully it won’t take me too long to reach 55 (and beyond).
Fifth: the acronyms are very funny, as is Carl’s opposition to them. (Poor Carl! Still mired in negativity!)
Sixth: It’s good to see and hear Bob O’Rob again.
Seventh: Razina’s plaintive words at the end of the episode could make one think she might become a regular team member. That would be nice!
